Key Features

• Three Internal Widths: Available in 100mm (S100K), 200mm (S200K), and 300mm (S300K) to accommodate different flow capacities.    
• Integrally Cast-in Ductile Iron Edge Rails: Provides maximum strength and protection for the channel body, ensuring the system can withstand heavy loads and impact.    
• Polymer Concrete Channels: The channel bodies are constructed from high-strength polymer concrete (Polycrete), offering excellent chemical resistance and durability.    
• Built-in Slope: The system incorporates a continuous built-in slope of 0.5% over 40 meters (in 1-meter units) to optimize hydraulic efficiency. Constant depth (neutral) channels are also available to extend runs.    
• Heavy-Duty Ductile Iron Grates: Comes standard with robust ductile iron grates in slotted or longitudinal (ADA-compliant in some regions) designs, capable of achieving up to Load Class F (90 tonnes according to EN 1433) and even Load Class G (AS 3996) in certain configurations.    
• PowerLok Boltless Locking System: Features a patented boltless locking system for quick and easy grate installation and removal, reducing maintenance time and costs while ensuring secure grate retention. A 4-bolt locking option is also available for maximum security in extreme applications.    
• Anti-Shunt Lugs: Recesses in the grate fit around lugs on the edge rail to prevent longitudinal movement under traffic.    
• Interconnecting End Profiles: Allow for easy and effective joining of channel units.    
• Bottom Knockouts: Certain channel units feature preformed knockouts on the underside to facilitate vertical outlet connections.    
• SF Sealant Groove: A groove cast into both ends of each channel allows for the insertion of a flexible sealant at joints to create a watertight seal.
• Channel Numbering: Channels are clearly marked with system numbering to ensure correct installation and maintain the intended slope.

• S100K: 100mm internal width, designed for heavy-duty applications up to Load Class F (and G for specific grates). Offers both slotted and ADA-compliant longitudinal ductile iron grates.    
• S200K: 200mm internal width, designed for heavy-duty applications up to Load Class F (and G for specific grates). Offers both slotted and ADA-compliant longitudinal ductile iron grates.    
• S300K: 300mm internal width, designed for heavy-duty applications up to Load Class F (and G for specific grates). Offers both slotted and ADA-compliant longitudinal ductile iron grates.
