EGISPRO CO., LTD. has been in business since 2008, first as Roberge & Co. (Thailand) Co., Ltd. working in the Thailand market. Our marketing objective has been to introduce the Thailand market to flame retardant and firestop products from the USA that enhance the security and safety of buildings and improve the life-saving properties of fire safety building materials within buildings and public venues.

After a careful study of the market in the first year of business we have been able to identify the need for passive flame retardant products and the firestopping needs in the construction and materials trade in Thailand.



With an understanding of the need to educate the market to the value of passive fire products in the building trades we have been able to build marketing relationships that help the end users better understand the need for and value of our product lines in the safety of the public and the security of the building.

With that in mind we have sought to offer a range of products that we believe will meet those targeted needs. We currently represent these quality American and German companies:

• FlameSeal Products USA passive flame retardant chemicals
• Rectorseal Corp. USA Metacaulk firestop product line
• Kent Smoke & Fire Curtain, UAE Smoke and Fire Curtain
• ACO , GERMANY stainless steel gully, grates and high end shower drain systems

In our marketing we deal directly with the end users of the products in large high rise projects through our sales staff and through a dealer distribution system working in conjunction with sales through our distributors.

Additionally we have well trained installation teams for our products that require specialized installation needs to the construction industry. We currently market to the construction industry, industrial materials manufacturers, hotels, hospitals, high rise office projects and condominium projects.

Over the last few years we have established our reputation within the hospital sector as knowledgeable of JCI standards and the needs to meet JCI accreditation in the life safety and fire control segment of the health care market and continue to expand our relationships in this market segment through ongoing projects with various hospital groups.
