The Fire Blanket FI-BL0906 is our most sold EV fire blanket. This 97%-Silica blanket is a very efficient and strong blanket, specially designed to control and isolate electric car fires. It has all the major test certificates and, more importantly, has proven itself over and over again in many livetests. It keeps the fire under the blanket and reduces smoke and toxic fumes, creating an enclosed space that aerosol units need to effectively kick down the flames. The fire will not spread any further, preventing collateral damage to the surroundings.

It can endure sustained temperatures of 1200°C (2200°F) for over 50 hours, making it a reliable solution for containing Electric Vehicle fires. Since lithium battery fires can burn for extended periods, the blankets ability to withstand intense heat this duration is crucial in preventing fire spread and minimizing collateral damage.

Made from high-quality silica-grade materials, the Ultimate Fire Blanket is both durable and eco-friendly. The material is specifically chosen for its ability to withstand the harsh conditions of an EV fire, and does not catch fire during deployment in any of our live tests.

Designed for ease of use, the Fire Blanket is simple to deploy with two people, thanks to its colored loops that aid in quick application.
